Jim Weinberg is SVP of Merchandising for DSW in Columbus. He has risen through the ranks and taken on increased responsibility in merchandising functions over the past 25 years. He began his career at Macy’s then moved to Macy department stores in both Washington, D.C. and Los Angeles. He also spent two years in wholesale at Kellwood as a Group President, time in the off-price sector as SVP at Burlington, and five years as President of a startup at flash-sale site, Beyond the Rack.
