Chris Rupp is Albertsons Companies’ EVP and Chief Customer and Digital Officer, with responsibilities across eCommerce, marketing, loyalty, data, and customer service functions. Prior to joining Albertsons in December 2019, Chris held various executive positions at Fortune 100 technology companies. She was the Vice President of Fulfillment by Amazon, Vice President of Prime, General Manager of Microsoft Store Marketing, and General Manager of Xbox Store and Growth Lab. Chris started her career as an executive trainee at the LS Ayres division of May Company and spent the next 10+ years in merchandizing and category management at Sears Roebuck and Amazon.
